Because its the first in the series both developmentally and chronologically. I had a completely different view of her because I did and eventually romanced her and learned more about her. A friend of mine still sees her as nothing but an evil, cold hearted witch because he dismissed her from the start and never got to know her more. the last four Bioware games have been terrible, they haven’t made a good game since Mass Effect 2 so my anticipation for Mass Effect 4 is pretty low.

The developers of Mass Effect: Andromeda are currently under fire for intentionally making the female characters less attractive than in past games. I thought that proved fairly interesting. A large portion of the gaming community is up in arms about the character design and modeling for the female characters in Mass Effect: Andromeda. Plus, though Origins had a more simplistic approval system, at least as you got her approval up, you began to find that the bitch persona was a mask, or a shield really, to protect herself more than actually lash out at others. XDĪnd I've actually known people who just.like to argue for the sake of arguing just because a certain person rubs them the wrong way. To be fair, hers WERE fairly valid issues, what with the whole "she's going to kill me and take my body" thing. She blows the cast of Mass Effect away - At least Morrigan never blathered on constantly about her Daddy issues.Well, she had mommy issues, not daddy issues. Though she is still one of the better Bioware characters.
